Terms and conditions.
Shoreline makes every effort to see that our clients receive the appropriate parts for their vehicle. Our years of hands-on experience, relationships with our vendors, and brick and mortar facility give a distinct advantage over our competition; in most cases, we’ve been there, done that. We ask questions during the order process to safeguard against mistakes or potential issues. In the unlikely even that a client receives the wrong part we will work toward a resolution in a timely fashion.
Your purchase receipt is proof of purchase and will enable tracking of the manufacturer’s warranty. In some cases, it is necessary to register the product with the manufacturer to secure coverage; check local and state laws in your area. New tires will arrive with DOT registration cards; please complete your name and address information and drop these in the mail so the manufacturer can contact you directly in case of a recall. The manufacturer’s warranty stands as their provisions and time limitations are stated; Shoreline Motoring offers no additional warranty and is not liable for damage or injury due to use, misuse, abuse, or installation of item in question.
Special orders, especially in the case of wheels which are built to the client’s specific vehicle fitment and finish desires, require a 50% deposit which may be forfeited in the case of a cancellation.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: We accept cash (U.S. currency only), PayPal, American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa credit card
All returns must be accompanied by an RGA (Return Goods Authorization), issued prior to return to Shoreline Motoring. Returns without an RGA may be refused at the discretion of Shoreline. Returned items will be inspected within 48 hours of receipt at which time a Shoreline agent will contact buyer to determine a course of action. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s option, for 30 days after purchase
